Pass a job to a friend
Send a job you can't take to a connection — they get notified, you stay in the loop.
How
1. Open the job at /portal/contractor/projects/{id}. 2. Click Pass this job. 3. Pick a connection or post it open to your network. 4. They get an email + in-app notification with a link to claim it.
What happens after
If they claim, the job moves to their portal but the original record stays linked to you. Their commission to you (if any) is tracked.
