Convert a quote to an invoice
Once the client approves, one click turns the quote into a payable invoice.
When the client approves
1. Open the quote at /portal/contractor/quotes/{id}. 2. Click Convert to invoice. 3. The invoice inherits everything from the quote. You can adjust before sending. 4. Send by email (the client gets a pay link) or print/PDF.
Payments
If you've connected Stripe (rolling out soon), the client can pay the invoice with a card from the public link. Otherwise, mark it paid manually once you receive cash/check/transfer.
