Where to ask
- /help has a free-text "Ask in plain English" widget that pulls from this entire help center.
- Inside the admin command palette (⌘K) help articles appear alongside users + appointments.
- The contractor home AI assistant uses the same engine for any non-scheduling question.
How it works
We search the help center, hand the top candidates to the model, and require it to cite article slugs in its answer. You see the answer + the articles it cited. If it can't find a confident answer, it tells you so — it never invents references.
