The AI is told what's on your profile (filled fields + missing ones), the service you're asking about, and the available payload schemas — and decides ALONE whether to ask, what to ask, and how (inline form vs deep-link).
What this means for you
The AI won't ask for the same data twice. If you already have your phone on file, it doesn't pester. If something specific to your job matters (gate code, brand/model, stories of the house), it asks once with a structured form so the contractor has what they need.
