Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 10, 2026
The Hometown Workforce feed exists so local pros can show real work and neighbors can find someone they trust. These guidelines, set by Hometown Workforce LLC, keep it useful and safe. They apply to every post, photo, comment, review, and chat message on the Service.
Share real work
- Post jobs you (or your company) actually performed; before/after photos should be yours.
- Pricing shown on posts should reflect what the job genuinely cost.
- No stolen photos, stock images presented as your work, or digitally fabricated "results".
Be respectful
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
- Disagree about workmanship without targeting the person.
- Respect customer privacy: get permission before posting photos that identify a home's owner or interior details.
Keep it relevant and honest
- No spam, pyramid schemes, or repeated self-promotion outside your own work posts.
- No misleading claims about licensing, insurance, or certifications.
- Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences.
Stay safe and legal
- No content that promotes illegal activity or unsafe work practices.
- No adult content, graphic violence, or sale of regulated goods.
- Keep payments and scheduling inside the platform protections where offered.
Reporting and enforcement
Every post and profile has report and block options. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Depending on severity, we remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts — permanently for serious or repeated violations. To appeal a decision, contact support@wfskills.com.
These guidelines complement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
